## Role Overview
Prepare and update project schedule. Track actual progress vs planned. Prepare delay reports and analyze critical path.
## Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling: prepare Baseline Schedule using Primavera P6
- Update: update completion percentage monthly and prepare Progress Reports
- Analysis: perform Delay Analysis, TIA, and Time Impact
- Critical Path: monitor Critical Path and identify delayed activities
- Resources: prepare Resource Loading and Manpower Histogram
- Contracts: support contracts team in EOT - Extension of Time Claims
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years experience as Planning Engineer on major projects
- Proficiency in: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Advanced Excel
- Strong knowledge of CPM, EVM, S-Curve
- Experience with Ashghal or QCS projects is an advantage
- PMI-SP or PMP certification is a plus
