Job Description
HPL Yamalova & Plewka FZCO is hiring an Arabic-Speaking Paralegal in Dubai. The role provides direct legal support to lawyers in corporate, arbitration, and litigation matters, including drafting and legal research.
## Responsibilities
- Draft legal memos, contracts, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and support arbitration and court files
- Translate legal documents between Arabic and English accurately
- Manage client files and coordinate meetings and hearings
- Liaise with government entities and courts in the UAE
- Prepare legal reports and case summaries
## Requirements
- Bachelor of Law. Master's is a plus
- 1-3 years experience in a law firm in Dubai
- Full fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and UAE law
- High legal research skills and MS Office proficiency
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work onsite in Dubai
