Operations Supervisor - Assets

## Responsibilities
*Asset Procurement & Planning*
- Manage procurement of delivery and store-related assets in line with operational requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing
- Forecast asset requirements based on business demand and expansion plans
*Inventory Management*
- Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of all assets across warehouses and store locations
- Implement and enforce inventory control processes and audit mechanisms
- Minimize losses, discrepancies, and idle inventory through proactive monitoring
*Warehouse & Store Asset Operations*
- Oversee asset handling across warehouses and store-level operations
- Ensure proper storage, allocation, and movement of assets
- Standardize processes for asset issuance, returns, and replacements
*Distribution (First Mile & Last Mile)*
- Manage distribution of assets from central warehouses to stores and delivery associates
- Optimize logistics for efficient asset movement and utilization
*Asset Lifecycle Management*
- Monitor asset utilization, maintenance, and end-of-life processes
- Drive repair, refurbishment, and replacement strategies
- Maintain complete records of asset history and movement
*Process & Strategy*
- Develop and implement scalable systems for asset tracking and management
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Leverage data to inform decisions and optimize inventory levels
## Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operations
- Proven experience managing warehouse inventory and store-level assets
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement and distribution
- Experience in managing first-mile and last-mile logistics is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with inventory management systems is preferred
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Highly result-oriented with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective stakeholder management and coordination abilities
