You will support facilities, maintenance, procurement, health & safety, compliance, staff accommodation, and school events. ## Responsibilities
*Facilities & Operations*
- Support day-to-day operations of Ambassador International Academy, Mankhool
- Manage facilities, maintenance, and ensure a safe, functional school environment
- Coordinate procurement of supplies and equipment
- Oversee health & safety and compliance requirements
- Support staff accommodation arrangements
- Assist with planning and execution of school events and activities
*Reporting & Support*
- Report to the Operations Manager
- Liaise with stakeholders including staff, vendors, and parents
- Ensure smooth functioning of all operational processes from the ground up
## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, facilities management, or school administration
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, new school launch environment
