Operations Executive

## Responsibilities
- Handle operational client queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Process client requests for account changes, transfers, and profile adjustments
- Perform KYC/AML checks and support account verification and activation
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and performance logs
- Maintain CRM records and assist in updating client information
- Escalate unresolved issues and operational risks to management
- Serve as a key link between front-office sales/trading teams and back-office settlement, compliance, and client support
## Requirements
- 1-2 years in Forex/CFD brokerage operations or related financial services
- Knowledge of CRM/back-office platforms
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-department teams and external partners
- Language Required: English and Mandarin. Mandarin is mandatory
