## Sales Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance repeat business
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
## Merchandising
- Ensure products are displayed attractively according to company standards
- Implement promotional activities and ensure proper shelf placement
- Ensure proper stock rotation FIFO to minimize expirations
## Payment Collection
- Collect payments from customers as per agreed terms
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with finance team
## Customer Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with retail staff and managers
- Address customer queries or issues professionally
## Reporting
- Provide regular updates on sales, merchandising and collections
- Highlight challenges and opportunities in the market
- Provide insights on competitors actions and strategies
## Qualifications
- University Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time
- Basic understanding of payment collection processes
