Job Description
PepsiCo is hiring a Merchandiser in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures PepsiCo products are available in stores with optimal display and highest quality standards.
## Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets daily according to the work plan
- Arrange and display PepsiCo products on shelves per merchandising standards
- Ensure product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations
- Execute promotions and place POSM advertising materials
- Check expiry dates and remove expired products
- Build strong relationships with store managers and shelf supervisors
- Prepare daily reports on visits, sales, and competitors
- Meet assigned sales targets
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- Prior experience in field sales or merchandising is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- Strong communication skills and presentable personality
- Physical fitness to stand and handle products
- Basic mobile and app usage skills
- Commitment and punctuality
