## Role Overview
Manage HVAC works for the project from design to handover. Review drawings, perform calculations, and supervise execution and consultant handover.

## Key Responsibilities
- Design: review shop drawings and coordination drawings for HVAC works
- Calculations: perform Heat Load, Duct Sizing, Pipe Sizing using HAP and Elite
- Execution: monitor installation of Chillers, AHU, Ducts, Pumps on site
- Testing: conduct TAB - Testing, Adjusting and Balancing and Commissioning
- Materials: review Material Submittals and approve per project specifications
- Handover: prepare O&M Manuals, As-Built, and Handover to consultant
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years experience as MEP HVAC Engineer on major projects
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Elite Fire
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW144, NFPA
- Experience with hospital or hotel projects is an advantage
- PMP or CEM certification is a plus
