Job Description
Join Ninja in Bahrain as a Logistics Operations Specialist responsible for overseeing order dispatch and driver support to ensure on-time deliveries. You will coordinate drivers, manage operational incidents, and resolve delivery and payment issues in real time. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Seef, Capital Governorate.
## Responsibilities
- Assign and dispatch orders to the nearest available driver, prioritizing delayed and pending deliveries
- Confirm driver acceptance and ensure immediate departure to the restaurant
- Identify and implement alternative solutions when drivers are unavailable, including order reassignment
- Monitor order progress across all stages and intervene quickly to prevent delivery delays
- Coordinate with drivers, Customer Service, and Partner Care to resolve operational challenges
- Receive and address driver support tickets in a timely manner
- Handle delivery issues such as delays, cancellations, order visibility, and distance concerns
- Manage payment queries related to cash and wallet transactions
- Follow up on technical issues within the application and escalate when needed
- Track impacted drivers and process compensation in line with company policy
- Liaise with relevant teams to ensure operational continuity and service quality
## Requirements
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations within a delivery or e-commerce environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly under pressure
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with drivers and internal teams
- Familiarity with order management systems and ticketing workflows
- Ability to monitor multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
