Job Description
Metabolic.Health in Dubai is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to oversee supplies, vendor coordination, and facility support for an integrated metabolic care clinic. The role covers inventory management, receiving shipments, event logistics, and basic facility operations. Ideal for candidates with 1-2 years in logistics, hospitality, or healthcare. Requires flexibility with shifts and a service-oriented mindset.
## Responsibilities
*Logistics*
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across clinical, café, and administrative areas
- Request and track restocking of supplies and consumables
- Receive, unpack, verify, and store incoming supplies and shipments
- Maintain organized records of supply usage, purchase requests, and delivery documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for routine and ad-hoc service requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure on-site presence during maintenance, service work, or installations
- Provide coverage for logistics operations during absences or emergencies
- Support internal events, workshops, and wellness sessions with logistical setup
- Liaise with emergency services or contractors for facility-related incidents
- Follow clinic policies on infection control, safety, and operational protocols
*Facilities & Operational Support*
- Assist with minor facility coordination, report maintenance needs, and follow up on work orders
- Work with housekeeping, IT, and admin teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Support delivery and setup of medical and non-medical equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and order in storage and logistics areas
## Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Barista training or certification is a plus
- 1-2 years experience as a barista or in hospitality, preferably in healthcare or wellness
- Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Experience in logistics, inventory, or administrative coordination is a plus
- Ability to prepare a range of beverages including diabetic-friendly and wellness drinks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, patient-focused attitude with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of dietary needs for people with diabetes is a plus
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Must be flexible with working hours, shift rotations, weekends, and extended hours
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond to urgent matters
