Job Description
One&Only One Za'abeel is hiring a Lobby Host in Dubai. The role is the first point of contact for guests, providing luxury hospitality, check-in support, and ensuring a world-class guest experience.
## Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with elegance and professionalism at arrival
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and luggage coordination
- Answer guest inquiries and direct them to hotel facilities
- Coordinate with front office, concierge, and room service teams
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain high standards and appearance of the lobby area
## Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in 5-star luxury hotels
- Impeccable grooming and hospitality personality
- Fluency in Arabic and English. Additional languages are a big plus
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Dubai
