Job Description
Qatari Diar is seeking an experienced professional to lead lifestyle enhancement initiatives across residential communities in Lusail through an outsourced role. The position focuses on creating engaging resident programs, improving community experiences, analyzing participation results, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality lifestyle services.
## Responsibilities
- Design and implement lifestyle enhancement and resident wellness initiatives across assigned communities.
- Study resident interests and emerging lifestyle trends to develop engaging community experiences.
- Prepare program roadmaps, partnership plans, and activity schedules for community amenities.
- Review participation levels and resident satisfaction data to improve future programs.
- Coordinate the delivery of amenity-related activities with facilities teams and external service providers.
- Guide and support coordinators and team members responsible for lifestyle program execution.
- Ensure all initiatives align with community standards as well as safety and sustainability requirements.
- Monitor program implementation, vendor performance, and resident engagement to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with community management and operations & maintenance teams to integrate lifestyle services effectively.
- Measure program performance using key indicators such as participation, satisfaction, and amenity utilization.
- Deliver meaningful lifestyle experiences that enrich residential communities.
## Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in lifestyle management, community programming, hospitality operations, or wellness-related environments.
- Strong background in designing lifestyle programs, activating community amenities, and engaging residents.
- Experience managing partnerships, evaluating participation metrics, and delivering community programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Lifestyle or Leisure Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in lifestyle, wellness, or hospitality are considered an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
