Job Description
Shipa is hiring a Junior Account Executive in Dubai to support eCommerce and cross-border logistics accounts. Manage client relationships, coordinate operations, support revenue targets. 1-3 years experience. On-site, Full-time.
## Responsibilities
- Account Support: Manage day-to-day relationships with eCommerce clients, SMEs and marketplace sellers
- Execute account plans and onboard new clients
- Coordinate with operations, customs, and last-mile teams to resolve issues
- Monitor shipment performance and flag exceptions
- Maintain CRM records and account activity logs
- Revenue Support: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Prepare proposals, pricing sheets, and service bundles
- Track account revenue performance
- CRM Management: First point of contact for client queries
- Understand client logistics requirements
- Escalate complex issues with solutions
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in account management, logistics, or client-facing sales
- eCommerce or cross-border shipping experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools: Salesforce, HubSpot
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of Shopify, Noon, Amazon UAE is advantageous
