Job Description
Emirates NBD in Abu Dhabi is hiring an IT Support Technician. The role provides technical support for bank employees, maintains hardware and software, and ensures smooth IT operations.
## Responsibilities
- Provide user support and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network issues
- Install and maintain computer hardware and software
- Manage user accounts on Active Directory and Outlook
- Diagnose and resolve system and network problems quickly
- Document issues and solutions in ticketing system
- Ensure data security and enforce bank IT policies
## Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor in IT or Computer Engineering
- 2+ years experience in IT support, banking experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN
- CompTIA A+ or CCNA certification is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure and peak times
