IT Support Specialist

## Role Overview
We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to employees and students and ensure system continuity.

## Key Responsibilities
- Receive and resolve helpdesk support tickets
- Maintain and operate computers, printers, and projectors
- Support networks, WiFi, and Microsoft 365 accounts
- Install software, system updates, and manage permissions
- Train users on new systems and applications
- Track device inventory and document issues and solutions
- Coordinate with network and cybersecurity teams
## Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in IT Support
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365
- Basic networking experience TCP/IP, LAN, WAN
- CompTIA A+, MCSA certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Problem-solving skills under pressure
