IT Support / Help Desk Specialist

## Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I and Tier II Help Desk support to employees
- Deliver remote technical assistance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Configure corporate assets and workstations including computers, mobile phones, desk phones, and email accounts
- Install and maintain client operating systems and software applications such as Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Monitor and manage tickets within the IT Help Desk system to ensure quick response times and effective resolutions
- Support day-to-day IT operations and contribute to the stability of company systems
## Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent skills/experience
- Strong command of core IT tools and systems
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Educational background in technical or scientific disciplines
- Knowledge of a second foreign language such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but entry-level candidates will be considered
