IT Project Manager

## Role Overview
We are hiring an IT Project Manager to lead digital and technology transformation projects within the Foundation. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality.

## Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery
- Manage stakeholders, budget, resources and risks
- Coordinate between IT teams and academic and administrative departments
- Apply Agile and PMP methodologies in project management
- Prepare project status reports for senior management
- Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with security standards
- Manage vendors and external contractors
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
- PMP certification mandatory, Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
- 7+ years experience in IT project management, including 3 years as PM
- Experience in ERP, CRM or digital transformation projects
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Jira, MS Project, Confluence
- Fluent in English and Arabic
