## Responsibilities
*HR Support*
- Support everyday HR processes in a fast-paced, multi-brand hospitality business
- Focus areas: onboarding process, people relations, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with administrative work, data entry, and documentation
- Support a range of HR functions and administrative processes across the employee journey
## Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work and data entry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Agility and confidence in working across different systems and technology platforms
- Curious learner with willingness to gain exposure across various HR areas
- Proactive attitude and ability to support multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
