Job Description
UCC Holding in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is hiring a Fresh Graduate HSE Officer. The role enforces health, safety, and environment policies on construction sites and ensures a safe workplace.
## Responsibilities
- Implement HSE policies and procedures on construction sites
- Conduct daily site inspections and hazard identification
- Deliver safety awareness training to workers and staff
- Prepare incident and near-miss reports and conduct investigations
- Ensure availability and use of PPE equipment
- Monitor compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Civil Defense regulations
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. Fresh graduates accepted
- Basic knowledge of OSHA and NEBOSH is a plus
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills
- Ability to work on construction sites and under pressure
- Assertive personality with attention to detail
- Saudi driving license is a plus
