## Role Overview
Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are implemented on project sites, minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment for all workers.
## Key Responsibilities
- Safety: implement HSE policies on site and monitor compliance
- Inspection: conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards
- Training: deliver site induction for new workers and conduct Toolbox Talks
- Incidents: investigate accidents and injuries and prepare NCR reports
- Equipment: ensure safety equipment and PPE are inspected and maintained
- Reporting: prepare monthly safety reports for management
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Diploma in Health and Safety
- 3-5 years experience as HSE Officer on construction sites
- Certified: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30h
- Knowledge of Qatari safety regulations and QCS standards
- Strong communication and training skills
- English proficiency
