Job Description
KUWAIT JOBS HERE is hiring an HSE Officer for a construction company in Kuwait. The role is full-time and on-site, focusing on implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 3 years of HSE experience.
## Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans
- Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor law, ministry protocols, and international safety standards
- Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Train site staff and subcontractors on safety practices and emergency procedures
- Maintain documentation for permits, audits, and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to promote a strong safety culture
## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles
- Knowledge of Kuwait labor law and international safety standards
