HSE Manager - Construction

Qatari Diar Construction is one of the largest real estate development and contracting companies in Qatar. We deliver major projects including infrastructure, residential and commercial buildings.

## Role Overview
We are hiring an HSE Manager to oversee all health, safety and environment activities across our construction projects and ensure compliance with Q-CS and ISO 45001 standards.

## Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments
- Train workers and supervisors on safety procedures
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local laws and client standards
- Manage HSE team and report to senior management
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety
- NEBOSH IGC or IOSH certification minimum
- 7+ years experience in HSE within major construction projects
- Previous experience in Qatar and knowledge of Q-CS standards is a strong advantage
- Excellent leadership, training and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
