HSE Engineer - RasGas

## About RasGas
RasGas is one of the world's largest LNG producers. Based in Ras Laffan, we operate massive production and export facilities.

## Role Overview
Ensure implementation of highest Health, Safety and Environment standards across all company operations and sites. Minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.

## Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures on site and ensure compliance
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and sites and identify hazards
- Investigate incidents and near misses and prepare reports with prevention recommendations
- Deliver training sessions for employees and contractors on safety and emergency procedures
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis JSA and issue Permit to Work PTW
- Monitor compliance with environmental laws and manage waste and emissions
- Prepare monthly HSE reports for management and track KPI performance
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Occupational Health and Safety
- 5+ years experience in HSE within oil & gas sector
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH or equivalent certification mandatory
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Fluent English. Arabic is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in site environment
- Valid Qatar driving license

## Note
Work location is Ras Laffan Industrial City, 80km north of Doha. Rotational shift work may be required.
