## Role Overview
Implement project safety plan. Conduct daily inspections and reduce risks. Ensure site compliance with OSHA and QCS standards.

## Key Responsibilities
- Inspection: conduct daily Site Inspection and log violations
- Training: conduct Toolbox Talk and Induction for new workers
- Reporting: prepare Accident Reports and Near Miss reports
- Equipment: ensure inspection of cranes, scaffolding, and PPE
- Emergency: develop evacuation plans and conduct monthly drills
- Compliance: implement OSHA, QCS 2014, and client requirements
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or HSE Diploma
- 3+ years experience as HSE Engineer on construction sites
- Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30, First Aid
- Proficiency in preparing Risk Assessment and Method Statement
- Experience with Ashghal projects is a plus
- Strong communication skills
