Al Khayyat Investments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is hiring an HR Manager. The role leads HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, and ensures compliance with Saudi labor laws.
## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for all positions
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and performance management
- Design training and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and GOSI regulations
- Manage company culture, employee experience, and labor relations
- Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration. Master's is a plus
- 5+ years HR experience including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and GOSI regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Experience with HRIS systems like Oracle or SAP
- SHRM or CIPD certification is a plus
