Job Description
Landmark Group in Dubai, UAE is hiring an HR Executive for an on-site role. Support daily HR operations for a retail workforce of over 5000 employees.
## Responsibilities
- Support recruitment from job posting to interviews and onboarding
- Manage employee files and update HR system data
- Coordinate with payroll team to ensure salary accuracy
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Support employee relations, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff
## Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in HR, preferably in retail
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
- Knowledge of HRMS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle
- Strong communication + confidentiality + organizational skills
- Fluent English and Arabic required
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
