Qatar Airways is hiring an HR Business Partner in Doha, Qatar. Act as a strategic HR partner to operations leadership on talent, performance and employee relations.

## Role Overview
We are hiring an HR Business Partner to support the Operations division. You will be a strategic partner to department managers on all people and performance matters.
## Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR consulting to department managers on hiring, performance and employee relations
- Implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to improve retention
- Support annual appraisal and career development planning
- Ensure compliance with labor policies and Qatar labor law
- Lead company culture and employee engagement initiatives
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 6+ years experience in HR, including 2 years as HR Business Partner
- Aviation or hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage
- CIPD or SHRM certification preferred
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong data analysis and MS Excel skills
- Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
