HR Assistant

## Responsibilities
*HR Operations & Administration*
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
- Maintain employee records, documents, and HR databases
- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information
*Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle*
- Assist with recruitment activities including candidate coordination and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requests
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR requirements
*Projects & Engagement*
- Support HR projects, policies, and employee engagement activities

## Work Schedule
- 4 working days per week in Office
- 1 day Work From Home
- 2 days Paid Weekly Off
## Requirements
- Experience supporting HR operations and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Strong organisational skills for record keeping and documentation
- Good communication skills to handle employee queries
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information
- Proficiency in HR databases and MS Office
