Job Description
One&Only Resorts in Dubai is looking for a Host to join the hospitality team and serve as the first point of contact for guests. The role focuses on delivering a warm, luxury welcome and ensuring smooth guest flow within the resort’s dining and reception areas. This full-time, on-site position requires strong communication skills, a professional presence, and experience in high-end hospitality environments.
## Responsibilities
- Greet and farewell guests with a courteous and refined approach upon arrival and departure
- Manage waitlists and allocate seating to maintain efficient service flow
- Coordinate with restaurant and room service teams to address guest requests and special arrangements
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about resort facilities and services
- Maintain a neat and welcoming appearance of the reception and lobby areas
- Handle reservations and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold One&Only Resorts brand standards and deliver personalized guest experiences
## Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or upscale restaurants is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication in Arabic and English
- Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Availability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Familiarity with reservation and restaurant management systems
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
