One&Only Resorts in Dubai is hiring a Host fluent in Russian and Arabic. The role welcomes guests and delivers a luxury hospitality experience in a 5-star resort environment.
## Responsibilities
- Greet guests at the entrance with a warm welcome in Russian and Arabic
- Manage waiting lists and coordinate seating in restaurant or lobby
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a refined approach
- Coordinate with service team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Manage table reservations and follow up on special guest requests
- Maintain One&Only standards of hospitality and elegance
## Requirements
- 1+ year experience as Host or in guest relations in a 5-star hotel
- Full fluency in Russian and Arabic, good English
- Elegant appearance, friendly personality, and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of booking systems like Opera is a plus
- Ability to work shifts including weekends
- Passion for luxury hospitality and guest service
