Healthcare Nutrition Specialist - Medical Representative

## Responsibilities
*HCP Engagement & Scientific Promotion*
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals in hospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitals to build scientific-based relationships
- Position Danone Specialized Nutrition solutions as the preferred choice through scientific argumentation and clinical data
- Deliver product information, clinical studies, and benefits to doctors, HCPs, and KOLs
- Conduct scientific audio-visual meetings and nutrition education seminars for HCPs
- Follow up on customer queries and complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction
*Area & Business Management*
- Identify business opportunities within assigned area and develop initiatives to maximize potential
- Implement weekly call cycle in coordination with direct manager
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend actions to protect market position
- Maintain deep product knowledge to explain product information and respond to HCP questions
- Review business plan quarterly against objectives and compile reports on promotional activities
- Ensure full compliance with WHO and local government codes for infant formula products
- Manage daily database updates and adhere to administrative procedures
- Achieve qualitative and quantitative KPIs on daily, monthly, and yearly basis
*Team Collaboration & Market Intelligence*
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to discuss market situation and performance vs KPIs
- Support the organization of seminars and events
- Gather intelligence on HCP universe, identify new contacts, and map decision-making networks
- Monitor competitor offers, conferences, and round tables and report insights to management
- Record call visits and track progress against set objectives

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related scientific discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical or nutrition industry, preferably with pediatricians
- Strong scientific knowledge and ability to communicate complex product information clearly
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with healthcare professionals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and seize business opportunities
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
- Results-driven with ability to deliver against targets
- Team player with effective communication and collaboration skills
- Native Arabic and fluent English required
- High level of product knowledge and ability to handle objections
- Willingness to conduct field visits and attend events
