Job Description
Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy - Lusail Stadium is hiring an HSE Manager in Lusail, Qatar, On-site. Lead HSE system for construction activities and ensure compliance with SC HSE standards.
## About Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy - Lusail Stadium
Supreme Committee is responsible for delivering World Cup 2022 projects and legacy. Lusail Stadium is one of the largest stadiums in Qatar.
## Role Overview
Lead the health and safety system for all construction activities at Lusail Stadium. Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with SC HSE, QCS and OSHA standards.
## Key Responsibilities
- System: develop and implement HSE Management System for the project
- Inspection: conduct daily site inspections and identify hazards
- Training: deliver Toolbox Talks and train workers on safety
- Incidents: investigate accidents and prepare RCA reports
- Compliance: ensure contractors compliance with SC HSE Requirements
- Reporting: prepare monthly KPIs for senior management on safety performance
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or HSE Diploma
- 8+ years experience including 3 years as HSE Manager on major projects
- Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, First Aid
- Experience in stadium projects is an advantage
- Knowledge of QCS, SC HSE Requirements, OSHA
- English proficiency. Arabic is a plus
