Job Description
TradeQuo Global in Dubai is hiring a Funding Officer and welcomes fresh graduates. The role involves processing client funding transactions, reconciling accounts, handling deposits/withdrawals, supporting clients on payment options, and preparing financial reports. Ideal for candidates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and interest in Forex/fintech. Full-time on-site with rotational shifts.
## Responsibilities
- Process client funding transactions efficiently and accurately to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with PSP and Accounting departments to resolve funding-related issues and discrepancies
- Monitor and reconcile client funding accounts regularly in line with established procedures
- Assist clients with funding inquiries, guide them on payment options, and address account-related concerns
- Maintain up-to-date records of client transactions, funding requests, and supporting documentation
- Contribute to improving funding processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Work with Sales and Support teams to identify opportunities for client acquisition and retention through competitive funding options
- Perform reconciliation of company financial transactions and ensure accurate recording
- Conduct payment processing for company financial transactions
- Prepare and submit various financial reports as required
## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proven experience in a similar role within Forex or financial services industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and Forex trading
- Familiarity with client funding processes including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transaction processing
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
- Willing to work on-site with rotational shifts
