Job Description
Plan and manage influencer collaborations for beauty, lifestyle and consumer brands at Soulmates, a creative event agency in Doha. This freelance role involves scouting influencers, building targeted lists, handling outreach and negotiations, coordinating content deliverables, and tracking campaign results. Ideal for someone with 1-3 years experience and existing relationships in the Qatar influencer landscape.
## Responsibilities
- Scout relevant influencers and content creators in Qatar
- Build targeted influencer lists based on each brand's audience and objectives
- Handle outreach, negotiations and ongoing communication with creators and their managers
- Prepare clear briefs and coordinate content deliverables, timelines and approvals
- Manage influencer invitations, event attendance and product gifting
- Track published content and prepare post-campaign reports
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with influencers and local communities
## Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR or talent management
- Strong understanding of the Qatar influencer landscape
- Existing relationships with local influencers, creators or talent agencies
- Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic or Russian is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and meet deadlines
- Based in Doha, Qatar with ability to attend local events and activations
