Job Description
WhizzHR is hiring an FMCG Sales Executive in Dubai. Full-time, on-site role focused on driving sales growth, managing import/export operations, and expanding market presence. You will handle distributors, retailers, and international clients, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Requires 1+ year sales experience, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
## Responsibilities
*Sales & Business Development*
- Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities
- Identify new leads and expand the customer base across international markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and international clients
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
*Import/Export & Operations*
- Manage import and export sales operations and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams for timely order fulfillment
- Monitor customer requirements and provide excellent after-sales support
*Reporting & Market Intelligence*
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience. FMCG industry experience preferred
- Experience in international sales and export business is an advantage
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and trade regulations
- Familiarity with Food & Beverage industry preferred
