## Role Overview
We are hiring a Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
## Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting and financial forecasting process
- Monitor costs, analyze variances and provide recommendations
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies
- Supervise accounting team, accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with external auditors and audit processes
- Support expansion and investment projects with financial analysis
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA, ACCA or CMA certification mandatory
- 8+ years experience in finance, including 3 years in a managerial role
- Aviation or airport sector experience is a big advantage
- Strong proficiency in SAP, Oracle Financials and Advanced Excel
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and audit standards
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
- Fluent English
