Job Description
MAHE Dubai in Dubai, UAE is hiring Faculty Members across disciplines for an on-site role. Teach, conduct research, and mentor students in a world-class university environment.
## Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses and develop curriculum and learning materials
- Conduct scientific research and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences
- Mentor students academically and supervise graduation projects and theses
- Develop academic programs and teaching methods to meet global standards
- Participate in university committees, academic activities, and community service
- Assess student performance and prepare and grade examinations according to quality standards
## Requirements
- PhD in the required discipline from a recognized university
- 2+ years of university teaching experience, preferably in international institutions
- Strong research record with publications in Q1/Q2 journals
- Excellent communication skills + ability to use e-learning tools
- Excellent English mandatory for teaching
- Ability to work in a multicultural academic environment
