## Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly while maintaining high service standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Adhere to the established service sequence to ensure consistency in food and beverage quality.
- Maintain cleanliness in the outlet by following daily and weekly cleaning schedules to meet FSSC requirements.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions to enhance service knowledge and standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly with comprehensive knowledge of the menu, allergens, wine list, and current promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders professionally, maximizing sales opportunities discreetly.
- Organize and execute mise-en-place tasks before and after service to align with the restaurant's brand and productivity goals.
- Report any complaints or issues to the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager immediately to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues respectfully to foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
## Requirements
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proficient in English communication for entry-level roles.
- No prior job-related experience is required.
