Job Description
Masterminds Education in Dubai, UAE is hiring an Early Years Teacher. Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for nursery and KG children following the EYFS curriculum.
## Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive lessons following EYFS curriculum for early years
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Ensure safety and well-being of children and supervise them in and out of class
- Monitor children's progress, document achievements, and communicate with parents
- Prepare classroom with educational materials and creative play activities
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and management to achieve school goals
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- 2+ years teaching EYFS or KG in Dubai preferred
- KHDA teaching license or eligibility to obtain one
- Patience + creativity + love for children + strong communication skills
- Excellent English required, Arabic is a plus
- Deep understanding of EYFS curriculum and play-based learning methods
