Job Description
QAFCO is seeking a Digital Office Manager to lead the company's digital transformation agenda in Doha. Reporting to the CTO, you will define and drive the digital strategy, identify technology opportunities, oversee digital project lifecycles, and ensure business value realization. This senior role requires 10+ years in digital implementation and innovation, with leadership experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries preferred.
## Responsibilities
- Interpret and implement QAFCO's digital strategy and identify innovative solutions to support execution
- Lead the definition and stewardship of the digital vision and roadmap across the organization
- Identify digital business opportunities across the value chain based on operational challenges and strategic threats
- Oversee development of an integrated digital budget and spending plan aligned with strategic objectives
- Drive synergies for digital solution development and ensure cohesive integration across functions
- Review digital value realization and ROI to ensure investments deliver tangible business outcomes
- Build digital capability through a Center of Excellence model tailored to business and technology needs
- Manage the full digital use case lifecycle from design and prototyping to full-scale rollout and integration
- Develop sustainable partnerships with local and global innovation ecosystems to foster digital innovation
- Act as the primary advisor to QAFCO executives on digital topics and represent QAFCO at industry events and forums
- Manage the portfolio of innovative ideas, prioritize initiatives, and track implementation progress
- Monitor digital strategy execution, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation measures
- Lead ideation programs while ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures
## Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in digital implementation, innovation, or related field
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven experience in driving digital transformation within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and strategic planning
- Experience managing budgets, ROI analysis, and cross-functional digital initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP certification or similar project management qualification is an advantage
