Aspire Zone Foundation is the leading sports destination in Qatar. We manage Aspire Park, Khalifa Stadium, Aspire Academy and many world-class sports facilities.

## Role Overview
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital strategy for all Aspire brands. The goal is to increase awareness, sales and audience engagement across all digital channels.

## Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual digital marketing strategy
- Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Oversee website, SEO and GA4 data analysis
- Manage social media content and collaborate with influencers
- Manage digital budget and achieve ROI targets
- Lead digital marketing team, designers and content creators
- Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, including 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4
- Experience managing WordPress websites and SEO optimization
- Creative skills in content and visual design
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
