## Role Overview
Deliver food and grocery orders to customers in Doha quickly and safely while maintaining high customer service standards.

## Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders from restaurants and stores to customer address on time
- Use talabat Rider app to accept orders and update delivery status in real time
- Customer service: deal respectfully with customers, deliver orders accurately and answer inquiries
- Bike maintenance: keep motorcycle clean and safe and ensure daily readiness
- Safety compliance: follow Qatari traffic laws and safety guidelines while riding
- Report any order issues or delays to support team
## Requirements
- Valid Qatari motorcycle driving license
- Previous delivery experience is an advantage but not required
- Smartphone with Android or iOS
- Knowledge of Doha areas and ability to use GPS maps
- Physical fitness to carry orders
- Basic proficiency in Arabic and English
- Neat appearance and commitment to talabat uniform
