## Role Overview
Deliver food and grocery orders to customers on time while maintaining order quality and customer satisfaction.

## Key Responsibilities
- Order pickup: collect orders from restaurants and stores and ensure they are complete and correct
- Delivery: deliver orders to customer address as quickly as possible and safely
- Payment: collect cash or electronic payment and hand it over with receipt
- Communication: communicate with customer upon arrival and update order status in the app
- Vehicle maintenance: maintain cleanliness of bike/car and ensure readiness
- Compliance: comply with traffic laws, safety standards and Talabat policy
## Requirements
- Valid Qatari driving license
- Delivery experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Doha areas
- Smartphone with internet
- Physical fitness to withstand weather
- Honesty and commitment to deadlines
- Age 21 years and above
- Own bike or car is an advantage
