## Role Overview
Deliver food and grocery orders to customers on time while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

## Key Responsibilities
- Order pickup: collect orders from restaurants and stores and verify order accuracy
- Delivery: deliver orders to customer address as fast as possible while following traffic rules
- Customer service: deal respectfully with customers, deliver order and collect payment cash or electronic
- App usage: update order status on Talabat Driver app and communicate with support
- Vehicle maintenance: keep motorcycle/car clean and ensure it is safe
- Target achievement: complete maximum number of orders daily to get highest income
## Requirements
- Valid Qatari driving license + motorcycle or car
- Good knowledge of Doha streets
- Smartphone + internet
- Previous delivery experience is an advantage but not required
- Physical fitness to carry orders
- Basic proficiency in Arabic and English
- Clean driving record
