Job Description
PulseMediaNL is hiring a remote Customer Success Specialist in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role builds strong client relationships, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives product adoption.
## Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts and ensure a great experience
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Provide technical support and guidance on company products and services
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with product team
- Follow up on renewals and reduce churn rate
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction and recurring issues
## Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service or Customer Success
- Excellent Arabic communication skills. English is a plus
- Personable and calm problem-solving attitude
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho
- Ability to work independently from home
- Passion for helping people and achieving results
