Customer Service Representative

## Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and branch visits
- Assist customers with account opening, cards, and banking services
- Handle customer complaints and provide fast, effective solutions
- Promote bank products such as loans, cards, and accounts
- Ensure data accuracy and transactions comply with bank policies
- Deliver exceptional customer experience reflecting Emirates NBD values
## Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in customer service, preferably in banking sector
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong communication skills + patience + problem-solving skills
- Fluent English and Arabic required
- Basic knowledge of banking systems and MS Office
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented personality
