## Role Overview
Provide excellent support to Vodafone customers via phone, chat and email and resolve inquiries and issues related to services and billing.

## Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries: receive calls and messages and answer questions about plans, offers, bills and technical support
- Problem solving: diagnose network, internet and mobile issues and provide quick solutions or escalate to specialized team
- Sales and upselling: present new plans, upgrade packages and sell additional services to customers
- Account management: update customer data, process subscription and cancellation requests and issue invoices
- Document interactions: accurately log all customer calls and issue resolutions in CRM system
- Achieve targets: meet customer satisfaction CSAT goals and average handling time AHT
## Requirements
- Diploma minimum in any field
- Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English speaking and writing
- Strong communication skills and patience in dealing with customers
- Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage
- Good computer skills and ability to use CRM systems
- Ability to work shifts including nights and weekends
- Positive personality and problem solving skills
