## Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Service Officer in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for customers and responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.

## Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, welcome them, and respond to inquiries professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow up on orders and returns and coordinate with internal departments
- Maintain Majid Al Futtaim customer service standards
- Update customer data on CRM system
- Support the team during peak times and achieve sales targets
## Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service. Retail sector is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Personable, patient, and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- High school diploma minimum
