Customer Service Officer - Arabic Speaker

## Role Overview
Provide highest level of customer service in Arabic and English and ensure a superior shopping experience for visitors to Carrefour and MAF Malls in Doha.

## Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and quickly on floor and in call center
- Support sales targets by providing product information, offers and promotions
- Log complaints in system and follow up with relevant departments until closure
- Engage directly with customers on shop floor to ensure positive experience
- Prepare daily reports on customer complaints, recurring issues and CSAT
- Apply MAF customer service, appearance and professional conduct policies
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum. Diploma in Business or Marketing is a plus
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or sales in retail sector
- Fluent Arabic and English speaking and writing
- Excellent communication, persuasion and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
- Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Presentable personality and professional appearance
