Consolidated Contractors Company CCC is hiring a Cost Control Engineer in Doha, Qatar, On-site. Monitor and analyze project cost, prepare financial reports, Forecast and Cash Flow. Ensure budget compliance.

## Role Overview
Monitor and analyze project cost. Prepare financial reports, Forecast, and Cash Flow. Ensure approved budget is not exceeded.
## Key Responsibilities
- Budget: prepare Cost Breakdown Structure CBS and link it to WBS
- EVM: calculate EV, PV, AC, CPI, SPI and prepare monthly performance reports
- Forecasting: prepare Estimate to Complete ETC and Estimate at Completion EAC
- Commitments: track Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, and Variations
- Cash: prepare Cash Flow Forecast and actual expenditure reports
- Contracts: support contracts team in evaluating claims and scope changes
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Management
- 5+ years experience as Cost Control Engineer on major projects
- Proficiency in: Primavera P6, EcoSys, SAP, Advanced Excel
- Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management and Cost Forecasting
- Experience with EPC or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- AACE CCP or PMP certification is a plus
